Sorry I'm so late getting this post out! It's been a crazy couple of days :)
On Saturday morning (our last day in Korea), we slept in....well, actually, I slept in....Danniger ran from our hotel, to the top of Inwangsan Mountain and back by the time I woke up....ha! Today was definitely the coldest day. I don't think the temperature ever reached the double digits. The wind chill was absolutely brutal!

After showering, we walked to Paris Croissant for some delectable breakfast treats...yum! On our way back to the hotel, we ran into Matt and Heather for the third time (I think)!! Crazy! We then decided to go to Namdaemun Market again and buy some last minute items for Ephraim (the clothing in Korea is absolutely the cutest!!!) I wanted to buy all of the shoes :) We hopped on the subway and headed first to Lotte Mart. It's basically a large, fancy grocery/home goods store. We bought some more dishes and utensils to add to our Korean dish collection....can't wait to cook up some Korean food using my new cookware! Then we walked a few blocks to Namdaemun Market, freezing along the way....it was seriously SOO COLD!!! After a few minutes of wandering around the market, we couldn't take the cold anymore, and took the subway back to Insadong and grabbed a quick lunch of octopus soup, yukgaejang (spicy beef soup) and shrimp mandu (dumplings) on the second floor of one of the buildings overlooking Insadong-gil shops! We then dropped off our purchases at the hotel and rested from the cold a bit. Then we headed back to the painter's shop....his work is absolutely beautiful! I grabbed a nice warm poop cake (haha) from the street cart and we called it a day. Relaxed at a little hole-in-the-wall restaurant near our hotel, where we had bibimbap one last time, and then headed back to the hotel to finish packing everything!
